5. Appointments and Cancellations

5.2 Cancellations
At DRIPWELL, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and flexibility. To ensure that all clients have access to appointment availability and that our team’s time is respected, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
DRIPWELL operates on a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely notice. Notification can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time or fails to arrive without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. Clients who no-show or cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled time, are subject to a late cancellation fee -equivalent to the full cost of the appointment.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Services
For prepaid appointments, late cancellations and no-shows will result in a deduction of the applicable fee from the prepaid amount. If the service was purchased as part of a package or membership, the session will be forfeited.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally prevent clients from providing the required 24-hour notice. In such cases:

** Where clients provide reasonable explanations for their inability to attend and give notice, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
